Audit, Budget & Finance Committee

Creates the association budget at the beginning of our fiscal year.  Conducts audits of the association's books and makes recommendations on the financial policies of our association to the Executive Board.

Education Committee

Recommends and supervises educational programs and courses of study in insurance and related subjects.  Also promots NAIW's programs.  Manages the Helen Gray Gaddy Memorial Scholarship for students studying insurance and risk management.

Fundraising Committee

Recommends and supervises the fundraising activites of the association.

Legislative & Bylaws Committee

Consdiers written proposed changes of the national, regional and state bylaws and presents them to the association with recommendations.  Reviews any local association bylaw changes and submits them for approval.  Keeps the membership advised of local, state and national legislation affecting the insurance industry and promote a legislative program.

Membership Committee

Promotes membership in the association.

Public Relations Committee

Fosters public relations and submits news items and photos of association activities to local press and insurance industry media.  Edits and publishes a monthly newsletter.  Plans programs for each association meeting (in cooperation with other committees).

Safety Committee

Fosters safety programs for our members and the community.
